KEEP Modular is a design-led building practice focused on delivering reliable, well-considered housing through integrated systems and repeatable processes.
We work across private residential, multi-residential and specialist housing projects, combining architectural thinking with construction knowledge to improve certainty, quality and delivery outcomes. Our work is grounded in the belief that housing should be practical, durable and accessible — and that good outcomes come from clarity, not complexity.
By bringing design, planning, construction and installation together under one team, we reduce fragmentation and create a more coordinated approach to building.
We provide an in-house pathway from early feasibility through to construction and installation. Design, planning and delivery are developed together — not in isolation — enabling informed decisions from the outset and a smoother transition between stages.
Our process is collaborative by nature, with close coordination between designers, builders and consultants throughout the life of a project.
Modular construction does not need to result in a prescribed aesthetic.
Our approach prioritises architectural intent, proportion and materiality, supported by extensive research and development into modular systems and components. This allows us to deliver modular buildings that sit comfortably within their context, without relying on a recognisable “modular look”.
You can see this approach reflected across our built work and ongoing studies.
