Shem brings a unique blend of experience in community support, client services, and hands-on project delivery to his role as Client Relationship Manager at Keep Modular.

His career began in education as a Student Support Officer, before stepping into a key role during the Northern Rivers floods as the main contact for the NSW Recovery Volunteer Hub. There he coordinated volunteers, supported families, and gained valuable hands-on experience in renovations and rebuilding.

He also served a two-year humanitarian mission in Adelaide and Alice Springs, delivering life skills and mentoring programs, before moving into the disability sector as an NDIS Support Coordinator.

With a reputation for being approachable and solutions-focused, Shem now draws on his diverse background to build strong client relationships at Keep Modular, ensuring every client feels supported and confident throughout their modular building journey.

Jeremy is the founder and director of Keep Modularr, a leader in prefabricated modular housing, where he specializes in delivering innovative, high-quality, and affordable housing solutions.

He is a licensed builder, having delivered residential projects for over 13 years, completing custom projects and high-quality homes while honing his expertise in design collaboration and project management.

Prior to Keep Modular, Jeremy worked as a project manager in civil construction for Downer Edi for 9 years, overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects and developing efficient systems to manage teams and ensure successful project delivery.

Jeremy holds an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering, an Advanced Diploma in Construction, as well as a Certificate IV in Construction and Certificate III in Carpentry. He is also a licensed builder with over 20 years of industry experience.

Shem Bush

With a background in real estate investment and civil / structural engineering, Anthony leverages his knowledge across industries to structure and deliver modular construction projects for his customers and investors.

Anthony partnered with Keep in November 2024, utilising his expertise to transform the business from mini spaces (granny flats and studios) to modular homes.

Prior to partnering with Keep Modular, Anthony was a private equity investor at Apollo Global Management and before that an investment banking analyst at Moelis. He focused on residential land lot developers, manufactured housing estates, modular developers and alternative housing.

Before his investment roles, Anthony was a civil / structural engineer at Arcadis where he oversaw the delivery of large scale land lot developments owned by Stockland.

Anthony holds a bachelor of Civil Engineering and Commerce from the University of Sydney.
