Jeremy started his career at Downer and learned about civils and project management. After 9 years, he left the company as a Senior Project Manager. Meanwhile, Clarissa was studying interior design. As a team, Clarissa designed the projects and Jeremy built them. They completed 4 projects in New Zealand before moving to Australia.
Keep Constructions was founded in 2011 (Jerissam Constructions Pty Ltd) with a focus on high-end houses in Sydney.
Over the next 12 years, Keep built more than 50 new homes and completed over 100 renovations. They become known for their modern architectural designs and high-end finishes.
As demand grew and projects evolved, it became clear there was an opportunity to rethink how we build. This moment marked the transition from traditional construction into modular.
We started with smaller, controlled projects—granny flats, secondary dwellings, and studios—allowing us to test, refine, and develop our modular systems. From this came Micro-Forma, our first modular range of compact, adaptable spaces.
In early 2025, Keep expanded into a new factory in Croydon, dramatically increasing production capacity more than tenfold. This growth allowed Keep to move beyond mini-spaces and begin manufacturing fully volumetric modular homes, Specialist Disability Accomodation (SDA) homes, duplexes and first - floor additions.
Keep now focuses on building and delivering architecturally designed, environmentally conscious homes. We can do this faster and more affordably compared to traditional construction given our controlled factory environment.
As at the start of 2026, we have 12 full-time employees and can deliver over 100 modules per annum.
