1. Free discovery call and factory visit
To get started, walk into our factory, make an enquiry online or call us to discuss your project. We can give you a rough idea of cost and feasibility relatively quickly.
2. Initial feasibility assessment and concept - $5,000 + GST
Our planner investigates the DCP and LEP, assesses the feasibility of your project and recommends a planning pathway for your land. Then our architectural designer provides an initial concept. We provide a detailed quote that includes full design, planning, construction, transport, craning and installation.
3. Custom design and contract preparation - Fee dependent on scope
Engage our architect, interior designer and engineer to create your dream home. Once this is agreed upon, we issue your building contract.
4. Planning and permits (if required)
We obtain all required permits, surveys and reports and engage consultants as needed.
5. Manufacture in our factory
Construction commences in our Croydon factory. You are welcome to inspect your build and join in the journey.
6. Installation
We deliver and then install your project on your property. we take care of earthworks, foundations and utilities connections.
7. Key handover
Our private certifier signs off on your project. Enjoy!
